Our returns policy means that if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, due to product deficiency or non-compliance with the purchase, you can return the product to us, without any sign of misuse, as long as it has not been used and is presented in its original condition, in this case without any type of personalization. Under the terms of Decree-Law no. 24/2014, of February 14, applicable to contracts concluded at a distance, the user has the right to freely withdraw from a new contract, without giving any reason, within 14 days of the day on which the contract was concluded (in the case of services) or the day on which the user received the order. Under the terms of Decree-Law no. 24/2014 of February 14, there are exceptions to the right of free withdrawal: “1 – Unless otherwise agreed by the parties, the consumer may not freely withdraw from contracts for: “(…) “c) The supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or manifestly personalized; (…) “i) Its execution begins with the prior express consent of the consumer; and ii) The consumer recognizes that his consent implies the loss of the right of free withdrawal;” This excludes from the right to withdraw from the contract any goods produced to the consumer’s specifications, i.e. personalized products or products made to the consumer’s specifications. In the case of personalized products, if for any reason you are not satisfied, you should send an e-mail to geral@brindiberica.zyrgon.dev, so that the complaint can be analyzed and dealt with properly. The user must return the products within 14 (fourteen) days of the date on which they informed us of the decision to terminate the contract and must bear the direct costs of returning the goods. These costs are variable, depending on the weight and volume of the package as well as the sender’s address, and can be estimated from €10 to €150. Contact us by email geral@brindiberica.zyrgon.dev or by telephone +351 212 106 381 (national landline), during working days, from 9:00 to 13:00 and from 14:00 to 18:00.
